Lara offers five tiers in aged care:
Ironwood Village – self care units,
respite care,
hostel and nursing home accommodation
as well as a dementia specific unit.
Lara has both single and two bedded rooms with ensuites, several large lounge areas with some smaller areas for more intimate gatherings. We have beautiful gardens and the magnificent Barrington Tops form the backdrop.
Lara Aged Care has a Registered Nurse on duty 24 hours per day as well as trained care staff. We have a Lifestyle Co-ordinator, Physiotherapist, Chaplain, visiting Podiatrist and access to all health professionals. Lara Aged Care has maintained full accreditation under the Aged Care Standards.
