Our dinner networking evening will be held on Thursday 23rd June, 2016 at Settlers Arms, Dungog at 6.30.

Leading up the 2016 Federal Election we will be joined by Dr David Gillespie MP, Federal Member for Lyne, Julie Lyford OAM, the Greens Candidate for Lyne and Peter Alley, Labor Candidate for Lyne. This will be a great opportunity to meet the candidates in an informal atmosphere. Cocktail food will be served at a cost of $30.00 per head.

This will be a great opportunity for our newer members to meet other business owners from the Dungog District and for all members to catch up once again. 2015 CountryNSW Expo

Dungog Shire was showcased at the 2015 CountryNSW Expo on Saturday, 1 August and Sunday, 2 August 2015 at the Howie Complex, Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.

Attendance at the Expo was a partnership between Dungog District Chamber of Commerce and Dungog Shire Council (including the Dungog Shire Visitor Information Centre). There was a great deal of interest in Dungog Shire due to its proximity to Sydney and the range of services available in the area. People visiting the stand could take away a pack with information about local real estate, job advertisements, a copy of the local Telephone Directory, contact details for local pre-schools, primary and high schools and colleges, train times, information about upcoming events, copies of the Dungog Chronicle and local community papers, and maps of the area.
